Our house

A modern room, made homely.

Hestia sits in a light-filled building wrapped in greenery — figs, ferns, and trailing vines that soften the concrete and timber. It is a place for slow mornings, shared plates, and the smell of bread just out of the oven.

Named for the hearth, we cook the way we would at home: generously, seasonally, and with a little extra olive oil.

The house plate

Green fritters, chicken & hummus

Zucchini and garden herbs, pan-fried until golden, then stacked with grilled chicken, a generous scoop of hummus, lemon, and a ribbon of olive oil. Comforting, bright, and the dish we are asked for most.
